High Point drivers will not install under XP.

I got a RocketRAID 100 today, and the drivers will not install under XP (existing installation). I tried two different machines and several versions of the drivers. It always gives the following error:

"An error occurred during the installation of the device:

The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. This may be because the INF was written for Windows 95 or later. Contact your hardware vendor."

Any ideas? If not I sent an email to highpoint; if they can help I'll post it here.
