High Pitched Noise

I tried to go for 2.8Ghz on my X2 3800+ and I needed to raise the Vcore higher then it was.

Ever since I did that I get a high pitched noise fomr the mobo or CPU, it's not contanst and only when CPU is under heavy load.

Anyhing to worrry about or is it jsut going to be annoying?

Nothing to worry about. It's the reactors (a coil or other component which provides reactance in a circuit).
