High pitched beeps coming from laptop

I have a VPR Matrix 170b4 laptop, and for awhile now, I've noticed that there are often faint, high pitched beeps coming from the laptop. They aren't too noticable during normal use, but become irritating when listening to music or movies with headphones (the beeps exist whether using headphones or the speakers).

Anybody know what might be the cause of this, and a possible fix?

Those are warnings from the BIOS, I think your fan is not working or something along those lines.

Nono. They're not normal beeps, it's almost like high, quick, buzzing noises. Very faint, but noticable when watching a movie or listening to music.

Is it the CD/DVD drive making the noises?

I don't think so, it does it even without a CD in the drive

Have your drivers all updated, enough memory installed?
