High Pitch Noise

I recently built a new system and I hear this very high pitch sound.

Intel Q6600
Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
G.Skill DDR2 1000 4GB(2x2GB)
Zotac 8800 GTS 320MB(G80)
Antec Earthwatts 500W Power Supply
Western Digital 640GB Hard Drive WD6400AAKS

It's really strange because when running Folding at Home, CPU version, it almost completely goes away. When I pause F@H it makes the noise again. It's not my fans either. I've heard about power supply coil whine and even how 8800's can whine when under load. Seeing that I have Vista and it needs the GPU for Aero could this be the cause?

I also hear it when I drag windows. I can't quite tell where it's coming from. My system is overclocked to 3Ghz at stock voltage. It did it before I overclocked BTW, It actually makes me ears feel numb to an extent after hearing it for a while.

PSU? GPU? Hard Drive?

Thanks for any help!

Use a hose or paper tube to your ear & poke around with the other end to find where the sound is the loudest.
With the PC's side off.

Well that was easy. I used a cardboard tube and its coming from the power supply. I stopped the fan with a screwdriver and it still made the sound.

My first build and all I have are problems. I just got my new motherboard back from an RMA with Newegg yesterday and now this. How is Antec's RMA process?

I would try the hot glue trick but I don't want to void the warranty.

I already new ahead of time that Antec had someone else make this power supply. I thought it was Seasonic. It's not. My model isn't the EA500, it's the EA500D. Note the D. That D stands for Delta.

Looking at Newegg reviews it seems a lot of people are hearing this high pitch whine. More than likely, they have the EA500D and not the EA500. Staples has the EA500 so I'll probably switch it for one of those :)
