High Pitch Humming noise (not a fan)

My computer started making a high pitch humming noise and it isn't a fan. It is also stress related. If I am sitting idle or just surfing the web it doesn't do it but it always does under load. It isn't any of the fans as I have tried unplugging all of them and it still made it. It also isn't the hard drive because it is coming from the upper part of my case some where around the cpu and ram area. I have an antec 900 case so my power supply is in the bottom so it isn't that either. I have a EVGA 680i , e6600 and 2 gb of ocz platinum. I am using the stock cooling for the motherboard and a freezer pro 7 for the cpu. I am slightly over clocked to 3ghz cpu/916mhz ram and my voltages are CPU 1.34, FSB 1.29 and RAM 2.1. All of my temperatures are low. I have no idea what it could be.

Thanks,
Brock

Is it a high pitch hum, or does it sound more like a squeal? If it's a squeal, I would guess that it's a crystal on your board starting to act up. Crystals used for clock frequencies will sometimes make a high pitch squeal. It usually doesn't many anything bad is happening. As long as your board is still running fine, I wouldn't worry abut it.

It could be considered a squeal. Everything is running fine do you think evga would rma my board because of it. Makes my head hurt after a few minutes. It isn't the psu that was the first thing I thought it was before I opened my case but the psu is on the bottom of the case and the noise is coming from the top.

Thanks
