High Performance Ram

I've been looking at getting some new ram for my system (Winnie 3500+, x850 XT PE, DFI NF4 Ultra-D) and was wondering what peoples opinions were on the best makes/models to get. At the moment im leaning heavily towards the OCZ PC4000 extended voltage 1gb kit, given the fact i can put the required 3.3v through it. If you're wondering, yes I do want to overclock. Any other suggestions or am i pretty much on the money with this?

You are right, The OCZ VX series is the best option for the DFI motherboard with the extra voltage. It has the best timing and overclokerbility.

You might want to have a look at the Value VX series; They use the same chips but much cheaper; since they are not hand-tested hence much lower production cost. It's sort of a gamble but most users I have heard can boot to 240 fsb with 2225 timings.

Cheers. I've ordered the memory (1gb dual channel kit) so hopefully i should be able to hit some nice speeds with my winchester 3500+.
