High performance P4 HS/F???

i use a p4 2.26b in a MSI GNB MAX2-L (granite bay) motherboard.

i currently use a generic heatsink/fan that came in a prebuilt celery 2ghz pc.

Right now i am using a vcore of 1.4volts, and getting 49-52 degrees C idle. This, along with my pc2100 memory is really limiting my overclock (only stable at 2650 right now).

Are there any nice HS/F that can give me 50 degrees even with 1.8 VCORE? Currently i get about 70 degrees 🙁.
