High or low pressure?

Is it better to have a high or low pressure the system? As in having more fans sucking air in versus more hot air being blown out then fresh air coming in...

Currently I got a higher pressure going on in the case. With more exhaust than intake. But I plan on making a few blowholes, and changing the intake fan to a 120mm fan. That should increase the pressure a bit 😉. Do you know how much of a temp difference there is on average compared with high and low pressure in the case?

Another thing to consider:

If you have fans pushing out more CFMs than fans pulling in - that excess air has to be pulled into the case from somewhere. This will be pulled through cd-roms, floppy drives, or anything else that allows air to come through. A side effect will be dust buildup inside these devices. I believe that a slight overpressurization (is that a word?) should exist - meaning more air in than out.
