High Memory Issue

I have an IBM T30 and I've been trying to use a boot cd to boot into DOS mode, but whenever I try I get I get this screen,

"Frame=D0000 High Memory=356834kb"

or something like it, then it disappears and boots normally. I've tried everything I know, but nothing seems to work. I just want to boot into DOS to execute a file, so if there's any easier way to do it let me know.

The IBM PC Doctor utility leaves you at a DOS prompt when you quit the program. Or you could try a DOS boot diskette for www.bootdisk.com (download the executable and run it to create the bootable floppy.)
