My spec's are below. My board's temps get up to 45 celcius (111-F) at times...especially if my processor is putting out a decent temp (44C during high activity). I've got good airflow and everything...but I noticed the mobo temps getting that high after I installed my current Zalman heatsink on my cpu. Is that the source of my problems? I've also got an 80mm Antec case fan mounted on the side that comes apart from the case tower.

 
My friends ... installed a HYDRO COLLING SYSTEM.. they said it works PERFECTLY!

and u can..... build it urself w/ basic water pump.. flowing through ur sys..
DO SOME RESEARCH~
it's efficient and economical
