High idle temps?

I have an sk-7 w/ 39cfm sunon and the idle temps i get on my 1.47@2.125 1.5v is only about 6c lower then full load temp even during low to zero cpu usage. Shouldn't I have much lower idle temps closer to case temp (25c)?

what are the temps exactly?
 
my idle temp is 35, load temp is 37
....load doesnt, and shouldnt, be way higher than ilde, otherwise heatsink cant dissipate heat efficiently
 
Shouldn't idle be close to ambient?

BTW I'm getting 55c idle and 61~ full load. Seems kind of hot for 2.1 default vcore w/ sk7 😕
