High GPU Temp / Low VRM Temp

I have XFX Rx480 GTR ( With custom Fan up to 4500rpm , Bought 2 years ago) , I was doing Nicehash Benchmark and then I took SS , as you can see GPU Temp around 85'c but VRM Temp 54'c, thermal Paste is degrading or Bad Air Cooling ?

When GPU Temp reaches 90'c , Clock will drop to 1225Mhz

Edit : Idle : GPU Temp : 48'c , VRM Temp : 43'c

Allright , I had to break warranty and Thermal paste was completely degraded so I replaced with good one ( Chill Factor 3 ) and now GPU Temp dropped to 66'c from 90'c, VRM Temp was a little higher due to Fan speed.
