100 a second? You have no need to be doing that. I'd have to seriously ask why you think you need to do this? Mad because you're getting beat at a game?

If that's what you're looking for then there are traffic generators out there, also hacking tools. You could probably get wireshark to do it if you built your own capture file and replayed it.
