High End Gaming Machines

I've always built my own computers, but after seeing the ad for the Falcon Northwest Tiki system I'm starting to chew on the idea of buying my first (and likely only) high end prebuilt gaming PC.

I'm just looking for ideas for companies that I can checkout that make them. I'm probably not going to end up getting one since its like throwing money away but I'm still interested in what's out there and if anyone has any good experiences.

I only really know Falcon Northwest since they have been around for a long time.

You could try ibuypower and cyberpower. They have decent prices, but their quality is suspect IMO. Maybe look at Digital Storm. I think they have a 3 year warranty, or used to at least. Falcon NW makes good products, but they seem overpriced to me, although I havent looked at their site recently.

If you can build your own then you should know you can build anything the boutique stores, or anyone else for that matter, for a lot less.

I bought a gaming laptop not too long ago for the first time, a stark change from always building my rigs. But honestly, I just got tired of it, and I was really sold on the convenience of a laptop.

I will still build my own. Mainly because I rarely every do a full build. I a bit and piece my gaming machines together now over the course of months or years. But a lot of my friends I tell them to buy a pre-built and get a good warranty.

If you live in the US the day after Thanksgiving is "Black Friday" or the best sales day of the year. Maingear is another top tier custom gaming PC company.
