High cpu usage Win 7

Whenever i have a windows explorer window open and media player open simultaneously explorer usage is 40-60%. Closing one or the other brings me back to normal. Offending dll is SHLWAPI.dll

This is windows explorer not IE.

anyone know a fix? Thanks.
