High CPU Usage in Win98 - Why?

My CPU Utilization when my system is just surfing the net and such is about 80%. I only have a few programs open in the background: Systray, Explorer and Point32. Why is this so high?

700e@933
Asus P3B-F
256MB ram

Try using a utility called Task Info 2000. It will provide you with all info regarding running processes.
