high bandwitdh or low timings for DUAL cores?

Is it better to have high bandwidth ram or low latencies for dual cores? I've heard high bandwidth is better but without any references or proof. Please post links to actual tests

depends on what you're doing. And for single, or dual core it dosn't matter.

How high? How low? Both is preferable of course.

A good genalization is 2-2-2@200 = 3-3-3@250 = 3-4-4@300

Best is around 260+ 2-2-2 which only a couple memory can give you and is hot and requires signifigant volts to get there.
