Hiding items in the "Safely Remove Hardware" menu, and other USB questions.

when i click on the safely remove hardware icon it always shows me four more things than i want to see - all three of my SATA drives, and my MP760 (which has a card reader built in, but doesn't have a card in it!)

how do i hide these... or in the case of the card reader, only make it show when there is a card inside. I'd also like to hide the empty card reader in windows explorer.

Why not just ignore it? There's no requirement to even look in it. Get a different card reader. Mine only show anywhere if a card is inserted.

True, only when I open it do I see my attached drives. Can you imagine my 12 in 1 reader with my USB flashreader and pocket HDD. You want confusion, well I got...............
