Hidden windows program files - how to view them again?

I'm looking for system32/dllcache in XP home.

Any clue?

In windows explorer click on Tools/ Folder Options/ View and then select the option to show hidden files
and folders, then deselect the option to hide protected operating system files.

I always set up my Windows to show all that stuff.

The files where shown, just the dllcache was under /LastGood/System32/- Weird.
