Hibernation in XP Pro

I see no other way in the GUI than opening Task Manager with a Control+Alt+Delete and accessing the Shutdown menu. Is there another way? When I click the Start Button and then Turn Off Computer, the options are only:

Standby
Turn Off
Restart

Hold SHIFT in shutdown menu.

Ahh! Holding SHIFT when accessing Turn Off Computer does exchange Standby with Hibernate. What's interesting is that I am using MCE Standby Tool, and when configuring it to use Hibernate instead of Standby, even if I select Standby in Turn Off Computer, the machine attempts to hibernate! Well, I've successfully hibernated 2 times in a row after failing the first 1/2 dozen times on my newly configured XP Pro system.
