hibernate mode power consumption

Hi, compared to when at normal operating state, how much power does a computer in hibernate mode consume?

And also, on a new Windows installation, on a 1.0 GHz machine, about how long would you expect the machine to get out of hibernate mode once it has entered hibernation mode? Assuming this is a new WIndows installation, and all the useless annoying services and all that have been removed from it?
 
When hibernating, I don't think it draws any power... It saves all your stuff to the hard drive, then just loads that when you power up. My ghetto P3 500 Mhz takes about 5 minutes to startup/restart, but only ~20 seconds to come out of hibernate mode running Windows XP.
