Hibernate BSOD

I have a Shuttle FV24 and Windows XP Pro in my carputer. Well, when I try to hibernate, everything goes fine shutting down, but when it boots back up, I get a blue screen of death when it starts to load Windows. I tried to disable and re-enable hibernate among a few other things.

I get this error:
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

Stop 0x0000007A

but sometimes I also get IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. maybe some others, too, I didn't take to write them all down 😉
 
You may want to run the DRIVE DIAGNOSTIC software on your drives
as the Stop error you are recieving indicates a problem.
