Hello, I am new to this website. I am deaf and quadriplegic myself, and I love computers. my goal is to apply for my dream college at National Technical Institution for the Deaf in September.

Good luck in college, sounds like you're not letting anything get in your way which is good, take the opportunities when you can, I blew off mine and it's a pain to recover from that.
