I'd like to get a bottle of Mezcal and I know pretty much nothing about it (apart from having a few good mezcal cocktails and getting samplers from barmen).
I really like the... well let's be honest it does taste a bit like dirt! It reminds me of when I helped my dad fix up my grandads garden and the smell of burning soil. It's not a sympathetic description but it was definitely an evocative smell/taste.
So basically I want an honest Mezcal (not an experimental new version with added flavours, and definitely not a liqueur version with sugar), just a simple traditional version.
Kinda keep it at about £50 and from a UK website.
I've used both those websites for Scotch so if it's something from there that would be great.
Cheers atot!
