Hi. Need some help really fast unlocking iphone before girlfriend gets on plane!

Hi guys. Can I have some help unlocking this iphone? I need to do it asap before my gf gets on her flight! The phone is currently cleared: has no os on it. I know I need to put some os on it and update the baseband to the ipad baseband. can anyone give me some instructions? Thanks!

I hit reset data and it cleared my phone. Does that change things? I have no os at all on my phone atm.

what do you mean by no os?

what does the phone do when you boot it?

He probably did a wipe, which cleaned the entire phone. In which case all he needs to do is plug it into a computer and have iTunes reload iOS.
