hey all. my name is dann, i am 20 years old. i will be going to college in the fall for 'computer information systems' with the ultimate goal of being a network admin. i've taken classes in high school on computer hardware, and the windows operating system. i "work" around the community fixing computers for people, and i can only hope to be an asset to these forums. i'm also active in littleblackdog.

this is my "hey guys" message.

Welcome to the forums! 😀 Go repost this in Distributed Computing as you won't get made fun of there. If Off Topic is the basement of the forums Distributed Computing has to be the lounge on the top floor.

Good luck, got a degree in Management Information Systems myself. Had a 3.65 average and interned at a data center for a large hospital. Never could find one job doing anything with computers. I also had some certs, Novell, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.

I'm now a dispatcher pursuing a Master's Degree in Emergency Management. . .
