i don't feel bad for fat people one bit. they bring it on themself. i am pretty damn ripped because i want to take care of myself. i'm not lazy. i work 40 hours a week, workout 3-4 times a week, play video games probably 10 hours a week, go to the driving range once or twice a week, and try to get a round of golf in on the weekends.
it make me feel better in general to workout. i have energy all the time, i'm always getting compliments, and my GF is constantly jumping on me. it just feels good.
i have the utmost respect for fat people who i see at the gym for more than a month. a lot of them i won't see for more than 2 weeks when they give up. but the ones there for more than a month realize it will take time and discipline and i have a lot of respect for them, they are trying to make a change for the better.
the fatties that piss me off are the ones who complain about being fat while eating a bigmac w/a milkshake and large fries, as well as the ones who think they deserve special treatment because they are fat. i also dont like the fatties who think being fat is a disease. give me a fvcking break.
there is a simple equation as follows:
IF (intake.of.calories < output.of.calories) THEN you.will.gain.weight
simple simple SIMPLE! there is no "disease". sure some people can eat whatever they want and not get fat because they have high metabolism, but that doesnt mean the ones who arent like them can use the excuse that they arent like that and call it a "disease". it just means you have to work harder.
