There must be somewhere ..... no, the fastest connction one can all over the country is ISDN, DSL in big cities like Munich(I'm 50 km north of Munich, no DSL here ), and in some cities cable by smaller ISP's. Our praised monopolistic, big, magenta T is not into cable very much.
BTW guess who owns www.telekomsucks.de ?
