1 is in a tiny bit of dales and montreal steak seasoning, the other is in a tiny bit of worshechesher (SP?) and montreal seasoning...


about to go turn the grill on high... cooking w/ top open of course... 3-4min a side at most. looking for med-rare on the rare side
 
Mmmm, enjoy. 🙂 I bought a few pounds of top round steak today for stew and almost came home with some steaks for grilling too. Just so good, especially done on a grill.

I will... gotta let the steaks sit on the counter for 30 min... to marinade and get closer to room temp before grilling... otherwise the inside is still cold and the outside charred.

mine (w/ dales..) was rare.. maybe starting towards med rare. still bleeding. yummmmmmmmm




my dates (w/ worcheshire) was even better. hers was a solid med rare (she likes it med rare-rare)....



yummmmmmmmm. she made scalloped potatoes and it was delicious 100%
