IF i can, can u explain the easist way of doing it?
 
No, Dell's can't be overclocked. You can overclock your video card, though. Try using RadClocker, I've heard it's one of the best prog's to use for OCing ATI cards, though there are many.
 
i got a idea, i think im going to replace my dell case with a thermaltake and buy a new motherboard because i wanna upgrade my processor
