What do you know about the introductory flight that flight schools are offering now?

I signed up and received a postcard, but didn't call yet.

Be a pilot

( I would have IMed U, but wanted to discuss this with any interested parties wanting to try flying out.)

Sorry for the late reply Locutus...

They are definitely worth the 20-30 bucks! Most Cessna Pilot Centers offer a half hour for $25.00 and they take you up, give you the controls for a while and even introduce you to negative G's in the form of a stall. Be advised that you'll probably be flying in a very old and noisy Cessna 150/152 but, that's what the com and headset that they supply you is for. Cessna Pilot Centers are located in most local general aviation FBO's especially at the smaller executive airports. If you want to spring the extra $$$, go up in an aerobatic flight for about 150 to $200.00 per hour then you'll get a taste of some real flying!
