Hey, what fan should I get for my heatsink?

I have bought the following upgrades for my PC:
-Abit NF7-S 2.0
-Corsair 3200 TWINX matched pair 2x256MB
-2500+ Barton
-Lite On 52X CDRW
-Thermalright SLK-800-U
-Artic Silver 3

I would like a fan that is probably not that loud. I was thinking about the Panaflow 68.8CFM fan, which has a noise level of 43dB. I would also consider the Tornado 119CFM fan, with a noise level of 56.4dB, but only if there is a way to quiet it down. I was thinking of a rheostat, but I would like one that has no buttons on the outside of the case, and that probably runs automatically. The reason I want no buttons on the outside of the case is because other people use the PC that I am upgrading, too. Thanks for your help in advance.

i have a similar dilemma but in my case, the air displacement of the tornado out weight the sound. if i were you, i'd look into panaflo's, YS tech fans, and Sunon's

I upgraded the fan on my Alpha 8942 from a Sunon 80mm 50.6cfm fan to a Delta 80mm 80cfm fan. It's not nearly as annoying as my old Delta 60mm 6800rpm screamer I used to use on my old P3. That thing nearly drove me mad. :p

The 80cfm fan isn't too bad if you are serious about removing heat. I recommend http://www.1coolpc.com/ for fans and heatsinks. The guy who owns that place is a great guy.

You could also look at this automatic fan controller. Link. I haven't really reviewed at what temps it does things, so it may not work.
