Just picked this up from Costco:

I have never liked wireless mice before, until this one. The keyboard is pretty nice as well. And instead of $99 this was $72 at costco!!

Works to access BIOS and everything too.

Anyone else use these wireless desktop sets before? I would have bought a Logitech set but I cannot stand their nutty ass software.

I already have a wireless MS mouse that I got for $12 on sale... I would love to find a good wireless keyboard for cheap but they seem to be desktop sets (with mouse) most of the time. 🙁

Ah yeah, I don't think I've ever seen wireless keyboards by themselves.

I've used Logitech sets for years w/ out their software 🙂

As for MS sets, I like their mice, but I find their K/B's too "thick" for my liking, the Logitech K/B's are "flatter" if that makes any sense 😱

ive got the MS Wireless Desktop Elite Keyboard with IntelliMouse Explorer 2.0
Love it. But for some reason, just recently the W key ceases to function temporarily in UT2004. I think the batteries may be dying, should probably check.

I actually like the new Intellipoint/Intellitype software. I find it to be pretty useful.

I'm actually not sure what Logitech's SetPoint software really does. I think it just gives you access to the driver settings, because all the features of my keyboard work fine without it.
