No offense Viper, and this has nothing to do with the subject, but I don't see how you can stand to be away from someone you like/love with that great of a distance. Kudos to you if you can keep it together.

I concur with Viper except I'm only 500 miles from the girlfriend and we get to see each other once a month. We count down the days until we see each other while counting down the days until she is done teaching for the year and moves to Maryland.

my girl was 2000 miles away and 2 years ago on news years eve she called me and told me she was getting married... on Jan 21st. I was, well shocked... I spent a year and a half trying to figure out what happened...

Anyway, good luck Viper, I hope your story turns out better than mine. I really do 🙂
