Probably not but I'm positive the monitor I picked is fine enough; that Dell monitor also has ghosting issues.
Dell LED has 2ms I think, but honestly w/e is usually fine.

I think it's nice how relatively quickly an overwhelmed n00b got to the point of figuring out a good build. (Except for not understanding IPS vs. TN monitors, but that's another story...)

Whatever dudes; I'll probably go with this beast mode 2ms 1080p 24 inch monitor, perfect for my budget. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236048
That's actually probably a good idea; any monitor recommendations?
also keep in mind I'm not ordering this stuff until Feb/March so are there any new GPUs to look out for?

TN > IPS
Unless you like input lag and ghosting LOL
Then atleast recommend me a good IPS panel (budget priced). I cant find that Dell IPS panel for 200$ anywhere so I think that guy was on crack or something..

I'd stick with the Seasonic PSU you listed earlier than go with the OCZ PSU.Ok guys so I made some changes to my build..
I added an EVGA Superclocked GTX 470 (used to be 460 EVGA Superclocked) and a 600w OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply.
Didn't bring up the price too much..
good choice or?
Well 470 > 460 and I can fit it in my budget so might as well right...but I might somehow be able to get a sandy bridges 2500k + 460..so whats the best? 460 + amd quad core vs 470 + amd quad core vs sandy bridges 2500k + 460Good choice? meh depends on your point of veiw, whatever fits in your budget.
