Where is it? It's been years.

Didn't you get the voucher form? I registered with microsoft online probably years ago so that may explain why I got the letter in the mail addressed to me, if you didn't register, you may want to call them and ask about it. And if you DID get it, but are waiting for the money, they're still processing it, also there was a delay in the "case" in that there were claims the case was invalid or some other lawyer jargon crap.

I never got anything but the form(s) from the lawyers which I filled out and returned.

Well I got a letter from Microsoft stating I had some invalid codes and so I fixed them and sent it back (I think this is what they're doing ATM) then when it's all done we should be recieving the vouchers... Yeah, turns out I first sent it in back in January '04  and likely recieved it in Nov '03...(the forms)

The only people coming out ahead on these kinds of suits are the attorneys. Lets say the Attorney's fees were 20% on that... that's $70million!

That'd be alright!

I filled out my forms in 2002. I'm still waiting I guess 🙁

According to the settlement agreement on the PDF document, attorney fees are $25,500,000.

Even though I live in KY, can I still file a claim online and get mine? This whole deal with the government suing Microsoft is pretty stupid IMO, but I've never been one to shy away from taking advantage. I don't really see that it's fair if only NY is able to reap the "benefits", why not everyone?
