Didn't you get the voucher form? I registered with microsoft online probably years ago so that may explain why I got the letter in the mail addressed to me, if you didn't register, you may want to call them and ask about it. And if you DID get it, but are waiting for the money, they're still processing it, also there was a delay in the "case" in that there were claims the case was invalid or some other lawyer jargon crap.
