I have a feeling this thread is gonna end up REAL bad...

But since it isn't there yet. Mods, come tell us how you came to be a mod. And what happens if you read something that's really funny, but it's in violation of the rules. Do you ban the person even though you laughed, or do you just pretend you never saw it?
