winamp can, hit ctrl+p, go to output, switch to "disk writer" then play the music you want to rip to wav.

Right Click --> Options --> Preferences...

Plug-ins --> Output --> Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in --> Configure

In winamp go to the options. Choose preferences then Output. Chose the wav out option.
