Now dont get me wrong, I think Franco might be one of my all time favorite Mets, but I dont understand bringing him in situations like tonight. He can still pitch, but he is not the pitcher he used to be, he will give up a run or 2.

Pitch him in games u are leading by a couple or down already, but 4-4 in the 9th with the phillies power hitters coming up?

he is 2-5 this season

he can still make great pitches, but there times that it just looks like he doesnt have what he used to

no he's not, i dont think he has gotten a save in like 4 years

8 in the last 4 seasons (including this one which he has 0 and wasnt in one tonight)
