WTF is this? When I run out of bounds, the damn clock is supposed to STOP!

LOL 2k4 worked fine for me in that respect.

Does the clock not stop at all or does it just start up again after a few seconds? The clock should start again when the ball is placed even if you ran out of bounds on the last play (except in the last 5 (or 6, I forget) minutes of the half and game).
