I don't think "freak OUt" is what they would do.

i have a few (300) shares... too bad it seems to have fallen in afterhours trading

a lot of crazy stuff today, i was watching the streamer and it said wcoeq was up to 3 bucks :Q

Anyone kmart stock holders who saw this wouldn't react at all since it's obviously a mistake. It's not like there haven't been incorrect quotes from websites before.

No wonder Schwab just made me e-sign agreements that they're not responsible for incorrect displayed quotes, even if they remain incorrect for up to 4 hours. If you check your agreement at Datek, ETrade, etc. it probably has similar disclaimers.

So nope, the Hot Deals crowd won't get any benefit from piling onto these "price mistakes" :)
