Anyways, I'd go for the 6800gs if at all possible, but if its AGP, look for a 6800nu or GT...if its the vanilla version, you could try unlocking some pipes...
or that x800, but i dont have any experiences with it

The "word on the street" is that the 6800GS AGP can be unlocked and overclocked to ultra specs. Not bad if it is in the lower $200 range![]()

Unlocked and overclocked videocards are so rarely worth the effort and so many don't overclock worth a poop.
It's always best to get the best you can afford un-overclocked. If it overclocks, woohoo! If it doesn't, then you still have the best you could afford. Buying something that sucks hoping to unsuck it with unlocking, flashes, and overclocking is a recipe for disappointment. I speak from years of experience and I won't even go into the warranty stuff.
