x800GTO, I suppose, if you're on AGP. Or find a used 6800GT. 🙂

I wouldn't buy 6800GS for AGP, $200 for a 350MHz 6800NU? I don't think so.

Anyways, I'd go for the 6800gs if at all possible, but if its AGP, look for a 6800nu or GT...if its the vanilla version, you could try unlocking some pipes...
or that x800, but i dont have any experiences with it

The "word on the street" is that the 6800GS AGP can be unlocked and overclocked to ultra specs. Not bad if it is in the lower $200 range 😛

Unlocked and overclocked videocards are so rarely worth the effort and so many don't overclock worth a poop.

It's always best to get the best you can afford un-overclocked. If it overclocks, woohoo! If it doesn't, then you still have the best you could afford. Buying something that sucks hoping to unsuck it with unlocking, flashes, and overclocking is a recipe for disappointment. I speak from years of experience and I won't even go into the warranty stuff.

ummm, dude (OP) is looking for a $200 card here. The 6800GS AGP wouldn't "suck" even if you couldn't overclock it 1Mhz and couldn't unlock it. It's a fair deal, altho if the case was that you couldn't do those things I would recommend the X800GTO 😉 But there is no way of knowing which will do what. IMO, the 6800GS gets my vote 😛
