i use the ms one too. its one of the greatest powertoy (close behind tweakui and new task switcher)

You can also give this a shot (if you prefer drag & drop to right click integration).

I installed this so long ago, i forgot it doesn't come with XP to begin with !

Yeah this is really a great and useful tool. I wonder why Ms doesn't include it as a regular feature?
