Most likly imma need to change forum software from invision down to a less stressful software ;( Are theses numbers bad for a single user.
Specifically twista's cpu minute usage for the last few
days is as follows :

This represents approximately 19.07% of the entire machines capacity.
nm about that info. i nailed the problem down to cron jobs and auto mysql backups.
