You already tried changing the drivers I assume? Also, do you have another video card on hand that you can test to make sure it's not a hardware issue?

So if I understand correctly you can't resume properly from sleep?

I think he said the problem was that when the screen is powered down in Windows it doesn't stay asleep for more than 10 minutes, it wakes up on its own without user intervention. In addition to that it sounds like when the screen is off sometimes AMDs no power draw mode isn't working, the GPU is still pulling significant power.

Yes, you heard me.
sleep does not work properly

http://j1307.hizliresim.com/1c/u/qtw0n.jpg < screen shot

my problem piece by piece
I write becomes smoother

particularly the monitor sleep setting 1 minute;
After 1 minute, but it fits the monitor
5 minutes, waking up again
and then re-fits, but
7850 fans are turning to sleeping at this time

particularly monitor sleep setting by 10 minutes;
After 10 minutes, but the card works continuously monitor fits

I hope what I'm saying I'm really sorry: ((

Are you running Windows 8?

Windows 8 will wake up your computer to run some tasks. Very annoying, especially because you expect the computer to stay asleep.

So, could this be it? A normally expected behavior, not a problem, and if you want to stop it, just configure Windows 8 to stop waking up to perform the chores, so it can stay asleep.

Wake the computer, or wake the monitor? I can see Win 8 waking the PC at pre-set time, but if the PC is running, there is no reason to wake the monitor.

Oh yes, my PC was waking up and the monitor would come on. Just WTF kind of behavior, I couldn't believe Microsoft would do that. Then again they bought Nokia and make Windows RT tablets...
