The slash indicates the basenote of the chord is changed from what it would normally be to the note after the slash. I have to go or I'd do an example for you. Maybe someone else will.
 
Well the "/" indicates you to play that chord, ie Gsus2 but with a bass. So Gsus2/F means play Gsus2 with an 'F' bass (probably your thumb on first fret 'E'. And the add2 stuff is basically asking you to play the chord (the 1, 3, 5 major triad) plus the 2 or 4, or whatever. And the last one, Am9b13 means to play the Am chord with the 9th and flat the thirteenth.
 
Do this... download Guitar Pro. The program itself will teach you chords and many, many scales/modes for every key. Sounds difficult? You can speed up/slow down the playing, and it has a virtual fretboard so you can see where to put your fingers. I've used it to learn some hard solos.

Then, use http://www.mysongbook.com to find a song you'd like to learn.
