how's everyone doing? 3 weeks ago we ordered optimum online and after 2 weeks of still no package we call them up and they tell us it'll be hear in 3 days, well more than 3 days later still no modem so we call them up yet again and tell us they have no record of us at all. then the next day(yesterday) mr. UPS driver man drops off the package and after i hook it up...it doesn't work. so the cable guy came today and isolated the line from the indoor amp we have(cable booster) and now all is well
