I know i know, it's one of those informercial products and lots of them are scams (like all the ab machines that claim that you can burn away the fat around your stomache)... but this one looks interesting. I can't afford a treadmill and exercise bikes don't seem to burn any calories for me. I'd like to give this a shot, if it works...

They sell them at Dick's sporting goods. Go give them a try.
 
my ex had bought one

im 210 lbs, so while i could work out on it, and did for a while, i couldnt work it hard enough to get my heart rate up because it kept rocking off the floor when i did

other than that i guess any working out beats no working out, your legs feel funny the first few times youre on it since you arent used to moving like that.
