Sounds pretty cool. Supposedly there was a crash in the testing phase of this thing. The fifth train was sent out and the sixth moved into position. The fifth didn't make it up the track and came back down smashing into the sixth train sitting there. The sixth train had to be sent off for expensive repairs. The fifth was fixed on location. The bigger problem was they weren't supposed to be testing it yet, and it voided parts of the contract. So, part of the reason for so much down time is negotiations between the manufacturer and Cedar Point on repair costs.
I hope they get it running steadily. They have allready mentioned retiring it if the troubles continue. Or re-working it over the off season.
